"If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete." Jack Kornfield
Caregiver Journal is a creative art journaling process designed for those who are constantly supporting the well-being of others. It is a carved out moment to center your own being, shifting your attention from the many roles you perform in the outer world to your own soul's needs. It is a practice of remembrance, of listening and telling your own story. It is a practice of accepting what is emerging in your life without fear, and how to create a support system to help you navigate your path, so you can live a wholehearted life. Described by Brené Brown as "living and loving with your whole heart."
