Centering with Mandalas is a contemplative art retreat and meditation circle that combines the art of making mandalas with the Principle of the Center – the center is the beginning of a mandala as it is the origin of all forms and of all processes. The center is one, and in the center lies eternity – it symbolizes the eternal potential.
The word mandala, comes from the Sanskrit language meaning “circle.” It can be understood as a sacred image, or a pattern, organized around a unifying center of energy. In general, mandala designs are symmetrical and geometrical divided into four or eight parts. They serve as focal points for the practice of meditation that leads to healing and self-awareness. Universally inherent in human consciousness, the Mandala continually appears in our creative constructions, rituals and art forms. Sessions will be divide in:

Sacred Circle of Mandalas
Spirit at the center, radiating outward, Help us now to clearly see all you bless with love. Sacred mandala, drawing all to center We see it all together and know that everything, Everything, everything belongs. Circles within circles within circles are within us, Sacred swirls of molecules, blessing us with life. Circles joining circles, joining circles, joining circles, Energy bound together in service of life. Circle of mandalas, dancing around the center, Sphere of mandalas, pulsing with such joy, Planet of mandalas, the earth itself mandala, In a rotating galaxy of sacred circle Spiraling creation through God’s sacred universe. Vast and spacious or microscopic, Seek God at the center, Radiant in the small, Still space that holds it all together. Practice looking everywhere to find God’s love-light beaming And reflect it back in everything, Everything, everything you do. Mary Lennard – June 18, 2013 |
