What is SoulCollage®?The SoulCollage® creative process was created and developed by psychotherapist Seena Frost in the late 1980s. It is not therapy, but a process that combines creativity, spirituality and psychology.
SoulCollage® is a gentle way of exploring one’s life journey – an intuitive process that allows discovery and acceptance of who you are. This intentional creative spiritual practice is a way to heal and evolve your soul, by cutting and pasting images into a card that symbolizes a particular voice present in your life's story. As you create space for each inner voice to be heard, you unlock your own wisdom and are transformed by the process. |
